Dr. Fortuna, a cunning charlatan, makes a living selling miracle potions with the help of Brina Adrenaline, a dazzling circus performer, and Torto, an outcast branded as a freak. When a public demonstration of his Buona Fortuna Elixir takes a dark turn, Torto suffers harsh punishment for a minor misstep. Pushed to their limits, siblings Brina and Torto plot a daring escape from the clutches of the terrible Dr. Fortuna.
